Refunds and cancelling
Last updated October 7, 2026
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, with no questions asked, and you can cancel Pro at any time.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a payment, you can ask for a full refund of that payment, for any reason. This covers Pro (monthly and yearly, including each renewal) and the own-key licence.
- After 14 days, payments aren't refunded, except where the law says they must be or the service didn't work as described. Write anyway if something went wrong.
- A refund ends what it paid for at once: Pro goes back to the free allowance, and a refunded own-key licence hides the own-key controls again.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Cancelling Pro
- Cancel at any time in the extension: Settings → Jev → Manage Subscription. You can also use the link in your receipt email.
- Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for, then you're back on the free allowance. Nothing else is charged.
- Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself; ask for a refund if you're within 14 days.
How to ask
Write to alekgj.dev@gmail.com from the email on your receipt, or reply to the receipt email. Lemon Squeezy, which sells the plans as the merchant of record, processes the refund.
